Requirements 

• Degree in Building Design Construction Technology
• Project management experience a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with both the IBC and/ or Chicago Building Codes
